§ Mr. DorrellThe Department recently issued for consultation a draft circular on social care for people with learning disabilities supported by an annex giving draft guidance on the development of day services. Mencap was consulted during the preparation of these documents, and we shall take account of its latest report, and any additional documents from Mencap and others with an interest, when preparing the final version of the guidance.
