To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what is his estimate for local authority usable receipts in 1991–92 and 1992–93.

§ Mr. Nicholas Bennett
Local authorities estimate that at 1 April 1991 they had £40 million of usable accumulated capital receipts. In addition, they forecast that the usable part of receipts received in 1991–92 will be £34 million. No equivalent figures are available for later periods.
