§ Mr. RedwoodIt was one of the preconditions for authorising the financial reporting review panel under section 245C of the Companies Act 1985 for the purposes of section 245B of the Act that the panel appeared to my right hon. Friend to have satisfactory procedures for receiving and investigating complaints. The panel's procedures were published on 27 June and a copy has been placed in the library.
