§ Mr. Lennox-BoydSince 1985, a total of 91,559 young people have taken part in reciprocal exchanges between the United Kingdom and other countries through the youth exchange centre. Participants are sought from among young people of 15 to 25-years-old who would not otherwise be likely to have the opportunity of any kind of international experience.
