§ Mrs. Margaret EwingTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will specify in respect of the current advertising programme on behalf of the SED and independent schools information service(a) how many adverts are appearing and are scheduled to appear and in which newspapers, (b) whether any television advertising is envisaged, (c) the cost of the campaign and (d) if he will list the statutory provisions which relate to the incurring of expenditure on, or promotion of, such a nongovernmental body.
