§ Mr. MacleanAn extra £30 million has been added to the revenue support grant from 1991–92 to meet the costs falling to local authorities in Great Britain, as a result of new food legislation. This includes expenditure arising from the EC directive on the official control of foodstuffs.
The money will be distributed among local authorities in the usual way.
