§ Mr. DorrellAccording to information held centrally, 96 schemes each costing over £1 million are due for completion between 1 April 1991 and 31 March 1992. A list of these has been placed in the Library. The Department does not routinely collect information on smaller schemes or hold details of health authorities' plans for the opening of new facilities.
