Whether the sales referred to in the schedule to the Diocese of Guildford (Educational Endowments) Order 1990 (S.I. 1990, No. 2530) were made in pursuance of a requirement or authority made beforehand under subsection (3) of Section 2 of the Education Act 1973 or under any other such provision; and, if so, what statutory authority was given before the sales took place and what were the dates of the authority and of the sales.
§ Baroness BlatchThe property of the foundations listed in the Schedule to the Diocese of Guildford 25WA (Educational Endowments) Order 1990 (S.I. 1990/2530) which had been sold prior to the making of the order were not sold in pursuance of a requirement or authority made beforehand under Section 2(3) of the Education Act 1973.
