What are the relevant figures in Northern Ireland governing criminal injuries compensation during the periods, 1985–86, 1986–87, 1987–88, and since the enactment of the Criminal Injuries (Compensation) (NI) Order 1988 in respect of:
- (1) Claims: (a) newly registered, (b) abandoned, (c) allowed;
- (2) Awards: (a) civilian, (b) police and security services personnel;
- (3) Awards: arising from: (a) bereavement, (b) rape, (c) rape and birth of child, (d) child abuse, (e) innocent victim of domestic violence, (f) victim of robbery/burglary, (g) terrorism, (h) other; and what were the respective annual payments and the amounts awarded annually to each of the categories.
