§ Mrs. ChalkerI have read with interest the European Court of Auditors' report on European Community aid Ito Bangladesh and the Commission's response to that report. A number of the criticisms contained in the ECA report reflect our own concerns about the need for improvements in the Commission's overall systems and practices. We shall pursue these concerns vigorously through the existing committee structure and in our bilateral contacts with the Commission.
