§ Mr. Archie HamiltonA further 3 million forces free airletter forms ("blueys") are being made available by the Ministry of Defence, and the Post Office is distributing them to areas of shortage as a matter of urgency. Since the start of the British deployment to the Gulf some 6 million blueys have been made available to the Post Office, of which about 1 million have been posted.
