§ Mr. WilsonTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what were(a) the total numbers of recipients and ( b) the total values of the payments made in (i) cash and (ii) constant terms under the exceptionally severe weather payments under the single payments regulations in each year from 1980 to 1988 and subsequently under the social fund exceptionally cold weather payments in each subsequent year, in Scotland.
