Whether a report has been sent to the Commission as required under Article 16 of Council Directive 78/659/EEC on the quality of fresh waters needing protection or improvement in order to support fish life.

A report covering monitoring in 1989 has been submitted to the Commission recently and copies have been placed in the Library.
