Carter Developments, for failure to disclose the recipients of political donations in the financial year ended September 1985.
§ Mr. RedwoodIn accordance with its usual practice in response to specific allegations of non-compliance with statutory disclosure requirements, my Department will look into this and, if there has been a failure to comply with those requirements, it will take appropriate action.
