§ Mr. Allan StewartSection 20(6) of the Abolition of Domestic Rates Etc. (Scotland) Act 1987 provides that a person shall be entitled to obtain a copy, or a copy certified by or on behalf of the community charges registration officer, of any entry in the register which he is entitled to inspect. A fee of £1 per register entry is prescribed for this purpose.
