To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will publish the Coopers and Lybrand report on non-channel tunnel traffic on railways.

Coopers, Lybrand Deloitte are not undertaking any such work for my Department. It is for British Rail to decide whether to publish any reports that the firm produces for it.
