§ Mr. Nicholas BennettThe table shows the entries recorded by each authority in respect of the community charge register as at 1 December 1989 and as at 15 November 1990. These show the overall changes to the register rather than the number of changes there have been to community charge registers in Wales as a result of population movement.
The estimated cost for each change and the costs of updating the community charge register are not held centrally.
