Dr. David Clark

To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) if he will list the health districts in England and Wales with standardised death rates from coronary heart disease more than 30 per cent. higher than the national average for women;

(2) if he will list the health districts in England and Wales with standardised death rates from coronary heart disease more than 25 per cent. higher than the national average for men.
