§ Mr. Archie HamiltonAn agreement was signed with Saudi Arabia yesterday, confirming the provision of free food, water, fuel, accommodation and transport for our forces. Other countries in the Gulf where our forces are stationed, our allies in the Western European Union, and other nations are providing a range of practical assistance and we are continuing to discuss what further support might be made available.
