§ Mr. EggarThe annual capital guideline for education for Nottinghamshire in 1991–92 is £5.167 million. The authority's credit approval, which sets the limit for its borrowing for the year, is calculated for all services and is £15.891 million. The proposed revenue support grant for the charging authorities within the area of the authority for 1991–92 is £146.8 million. As this is paid in support of all services, it is not possible to specify how much supports education expenditure. In addition to this general support, over £7 million of Nottinghamshire's education expenditure is to be supported through specific grants from the programme of grants for education support and training.
