To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will make a statement on Her Majesty's Government's contribution to(a) the ISIS particle accelerator and (b) the Institut Laue-Langevin at Grenoble.

In the financial year 1990–91, the United Kingdom will contribute £10.4 million to ISIS, and £9.9 million to the Institut Laue-Langevin.
