§ Mr. HanleyUnder the Government's proposals set out in "Working for Patients" responsibility for the provision of services to the population of Larne, and the East Antrim area falls to the Northern health and social services board. Implementation of the Government's policies by the Northern board will continue to be monitored through the annual accountability review process.
