Mr. Wigley

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish the latest figures showing the total number of individuals registered for poll tax in each district council area of Wales to date; and of these, how many(a) have received rebates, (b) have not paid any poll tax to date, (c) have been granted rebates of 80 per cent., (d) receive family premium, (e) are in receipt of pensioners' premiums and (f) receive disabled people's premiums.
