§ Mr. MarlowTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, pursuant to his answer of 25 February, what are the territorial limits within which it is a matter for the Israeli Government as to where patriot missile launchers may be deployed.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydIsrael is obliged under the fourth Geneva convention to provide the same degree of protection for the inhabitants of the occupied territories as she does for her own citizens. It follows that the Israeli Government have the right to deploy Patriot missile launchers in Israel and in the occupied territories.
