§ Mr. John PattenInformation about the number of enforcement proceedings and sitting hours in each clerkship in the period 1 April to 31 December 1990 is in the Library. It is estimated that the total cost of community charge proceedings in Leicestershire during that period was about £23,000. I have no information about amounts recovered under liability orders, which are not collected by magistrates' courts.
