To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, pursuant to his oral answer to the hon. Member for Walsall, North (Mr. Winnick),Official Report, 16 January, column 836, how he plans to discuss the problem of arms sales to possible aggressor nations, to which he makes reference.

We are already considering the problem ourselves and with our partners in the Community and in other international fora. The subject of arms sales will remain high on the international agenda.
