§ Mr. Andrew SmithTo ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science (1) if he will list by institutions the allocation of recurrent grant and funded student numbers through the Universities Funding Council for the academic year 1991–92;
(2) if he will place in the Library (i) a copy of the general letter to Vice-Chancellors and Principals relating to the Universities Funding Council allocation of recurrent grant and funded student numbers for the academic year 1991–92 and (ii) the annexes to the above in relation to each institution.
§ Mr. Alan HowarthThe various allocations are set out in the Universities Funding Council's circular letter 6/91 of 25 February 1991 and annexes, copies of which, as requested, have been placed in the Library.
