To ask the Secretary of State for Employment if his Department will send an official to observe the second national conference on repetitive strain injury to be held in Nottingham on 16 March; and if he will make a statement.

Officials in the Health and Safety Executive are obtaining details of this conference, on the basis of which a decision on whether to attend will be made.
