§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWe are aware of press reports of an underground facility near Sebha, several hundred miles south of Tripoli, which may be connected with Libya's chemical weapons development programme. We are not aware of any underground storage depots for nuclear weapons in Libya. It is not our practice to comment publicly on information which may be available to us on such matters.
