§ Mrs. Clwyd
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how much of the £2 million of non-food assistance for Ethiopia, and the 25,000 tonnes for Ethiopia later in 1991, will be for the cross-border operation.

§ Mrs. Chalker
Of the £2 million non-food assistance,£1.3 million is for the cross-border relief effort. Allocation of the 25,000 tonnes of food has yet to be finalised.
