§ Mr. DorrellReports by the Audit Commission, on the audit of NHS trusts or any other body, are made to the management of the body audited and are not published by the commission. Section 18 of the Local Government Finance Act 1982 provides that certain reports cannot be excluded from material supplied to the press.
