§ Mr. David NicholsonTo ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he will publish in theOfficial Report the information available to him about the number of outlets for the sale of postage stamps, which are not post offices (a) in England and (b) in the counties of Somerset, Devon, Dorset and Wiltshire, and any information he has about the change in the number of such outlets in recent years.
§ Mr. LeighThe provision of postage stamps is an operational matter for the Post Office Board. However, I understand that the numbers of non-post-office outlets selling postage stamps in the areas mentioned are as follows:
