To ask the Secretary of State for Energy when he expects the combined heat and power schemes database being compiled by the Office of Electricity Regulation to be completed; and if he will make a statement.

Work is continuing on gathering information for the combined heat and power schemes database, and it is expected that it will begin to come on line during the second half of this year. That part of the database which is not commercially in confidence will be available to members of the public and to interested parties.
