§ Mr. MacleanThe work involves measuring the time and temperature profiles of foods in the mail system, the physical, chemical and microbiological status of mail order foods, their capacity to support the growth of food pathogens and how best the mail order trade can adapt to the new regulations. The preliminary results are expected shortly.
