§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryInformation on levels of loft insulation in existing homes is derived from surveys undertaken annually by Audits of Great Britain. Information currently available from these surveys does not enable identification of specific levels of loft insulation in excess of 4 in. in homes in England and Wales.
