(2) what plans he has to review his guidance notes on gay and lesbian fostering, paragraph 16, following representations he has received.
§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyThe responses received on the foster placement consultation document are now being considered. We plan to issue guidance that the interests of children are paramount.
