§ Mr. LeighPulp mills in Sweden are going over to other methods of bleaching and those in north America are refining their methods to produce much lower levels of dioxins. United Kingdom industry is voluntarily going over as quickly as possible to wood pulp bleached by other methods, or to unbleached pulp. So there is no need to restrict imports.
