To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what restrictions are placed on the holding of cash collections in the New Forest by Forestry Commission byelaws; and under what circumstances and by what authority these byelaws may be waived.

The Forestry Commission byelaws do not place any restrictions on the holding of cash collections in the New Forest.
