§ Mr. Nicholas BennettWater undertakers are required by the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 1989 (SI 1989 No. 1147) to record on a public register the results of the analysis of samples taken. In addition the chief inspector of the drinking water inspectorate will publish in the summer a full report upon the quality of drinking water supplied in England and Wales during 1990.
