HC Deb 19 February 1991 vol 186 c99W
Mr. Moss

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he proposes to make any further changes in his Department's diplomatic wing cash limits for 1990–91.

Mr. Lennox-Boyd

Subject to parliamentary approval of the late spring supplementary estimate the cash limit for class II, Vote 2—other external relations-will increase by £2,500,000 from £187,421,000 to £189,921,000. This is to take account of a contribution to the International Committee of the Red Cross for its humanitarian work in the Gulf. This increase is within the forecast outturn for the planning total published in the statistical supplement to the 1990 autumn statement.
