§ Mr. Leigh[holding answer 18 February 1991]: The available information on company insolvencies in England and Wales and in Scotland is published in the annual reports on companies; that on personal insolvencies in England and Wales is in the annual report on bankruptcy up to 1987, and for 1988 and 1989 in the annual report on insolvencies.
