§ Mr. MacGregorIt has been agreed by the Services Committee that a dedicated video viewing facility is to be established in the House and will be run by the Library. That facility is expected to be available in the autumn. It is unlikely that any arrangement, other than that which already exists in the television viewing rooms, can be identified before that time.
