§ Mr. YeoLocal authorities reported the number of dwellings leased by them with an original lease of less than three years in their annual housing investment programme returns for 1 April 1990. The information appears in "1990 HIP1 All Items Print", column A81, a copy of which is in the Library. My Department has no information on the number of people occupying these dwellings.
