§ Mrs. RumboldYes. I am glad of the opportunity to refute the trust's suggestion that prisons policy is confused and in disarray. We first responded to the AIDS challenge in 1984 and a clear and coherent strategy has been developed progressively since then. We shall be responding in due course to the detail of the report. I will arrange for the hon. Member to receive a copy of the response and for one to be placed in the Library.
