To ask the Secretary of State for Defence whether the work intended to be carried out under the agreement concerning the Mosul war cemetery replacement has been completed to the satisfaction of the agreement signed on 30 October 1989, as set out in Cm. 1399.

In July 1990 the Iraqi Government informed the Commonwealth War Graves Commission that the work at the Mosul war cemetery had been completed, but it has not been possible for Commission staff to visit Iraq to confirm this.
