§ Mrs. ChalkerThe countries of Africa included in the Lomé convention have been allocated 4,685.5 million ecu (about £3,245 million) for the period 1990 to 1995. This figure is not allocated in advance as between individual years or categories of aid. The European Community's approved budget for 1991 does not distinguish between the categories of aid required. The total payments provision for 1991 for Asia is 175.9 million ecu (about £122 million), and for Latin America 111.2 million ecu (about £77 million).
