§ Mr. David HuntAlyn and Deeside's entitlement to revenue support grant is based on the formula ([S — N — (P × C)]) which is set out in section C of the Welsh Revenue Support Grant Distribution Report (No. 2) approved by the House on 29 January.
The relevant values attributable to Alyn and Deeside for 1991–92 under the formula are:
