To ask the Secretary of State for Employment when he intends to place in the Library a copy of the new annual performance agreement agreed with the employment service for 1991–92; and if he will make a statement.

Discussions on the 1991–92 annual performance agreement are well advanced. I intend to place a copy in the Library by the beginning of April.
