§ Mr. GouldTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list for each authority in England his estimate of the turnover in the community charge register, expressed as a percentage, that will take place during the current financial year; and what is the national figure.
§ Mr. Heseltine[holding answer 8 February 1991]: No estimates of the turnover in community charge registers are currently available. My Department is making arrangements to collect information on the changes to the registers in the year up to 1 June 1991.
