§ Mrs. ChalkerThe full cost—estimated at £4 million—of the additional 20,000 tonnes of food aid for famine relief in Sudan, which I announced on 5 February, will be met from the 1991–92 aid budget. My officials are already discussing the detailed uses for this pledge with a number of non-governmental organisations. I hope to agree allocations shortly.
